Plains has an immediate opening for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a creative and sustainable recruitment process for all roles within the company.  This is a newly defined position designed to align our business needs with the resources required.     

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement recruitment strategies, processes and tools to source candidates;
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies;
  • Accountable for working with the businesses and line HR to assess resource needs;
  • Create reports to analyze results/effectiveness of recruiting programs and identify trends and recommend solutions;
  • Working closely with management on all strategic recruiting needs;
  • Accountable for understanding the labor market in order to deliver top talent market strategy;
  • Ongoing communication and relationship building with all external contacts,
  • Maintain excellent working relationship with the HR team;
  • Assist in implementing the new HRIS;
  • Develop the applicant tracking system in the HRIS;
  • Assist in recruiting as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 7 years of Corporate Recruitment experience;
  • A CHRP designation;
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS;
  • Knowledge, skill and ability to work effectively with others to achieve optimal collective results;
  • Enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and fits into a team work environment.
