‘Plains Midstream Canada’ has been established as a registered trade name used, to commonly identify all our Canadian legal entities. The name Plains Midstream better identifies our role in the crude oil and liquefied petroleum gas businesses.

All of the following entities: Rangeland Pipeline Partnership, Rangeland Pipeline Company, Rangeland Northern Pipeline Company and Rangeland Marketing Company have been incorporated under Plains Midstream Canada ULC.

The legal entities affiliated with the Plains Midstream Canada trade name are:

• Plains Midstream Canada ULC
• PMC (Nova Scotia) Company
• Plains Marketing, L.P.
• Plains LPG Services L.P.
• Lone Star Trucking, LLC
