President As President of Plains Midstream Canada, Dave is responsible for leading the development and execution of Plains' long-term strategy. Dave has served as President since June 2003 and Executive Vice President of Plains Midstream Canada from July 2001 to June 2003. Prior to Plains, Dave was with CANPET Energy Group Inc. from 1985 to 2001, where he served in various capacities, including most recently as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. |

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dave Craig is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for information services, taxation, credit, commercial risk management, and risk and trade compliance. Dave has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry in various financial roles (including accounting, planning, treasury, and mergers & acquisitions) as well as natural gas marketing. Dave was most recently Vice President of Natural Gas Marketing with Nexen Inc. |

Richard Jensen |

Executive Vice President, Operations Rick Jensen serves as Executive Vice President of Operations of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for overseeing all Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) operations, including engineering, environment, health and safety, land and regulatory activities as well as supply chain management. Rick brings over 27 years of senior executive experience in global projects and operations across the oil and gas, chemical, and upstream and midstream sectors. Prior to Plains, Rick worked with Nexen Petroleum for over 22 years, where he served in various leadership capacities, most recently as Vice President, Middle East, South America and Africa. Rick has also worked in executive leadership roles at Canadian Occidental Petroleum and Canadian Nexen Chemicals. |

Vice President, LPG Jason Balasch serves as Vice President, Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities associated with Plains’ NGL and LPG business including propane and butane. Prior to Plains, Jason was with Enterprise Products Partners L.P. from June 2000 to August 2011, where he served in various capacities, most recently as Vice President, U.S. Gulf Coast Gathering & Processing in their Houston, Texas office. Jason has also worked for Chevron and TransCanada Corporation in both engineering and business development roles. |

Vice President, Crude Oil Operations Stephen Bart serves as Vice President, Crude Oil Operations of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for Plains' crude oil operations in Canada. Previously Stephen was Managing Director, LPG Operations & Engineering for Plains from February to April 2005. Prior to joining Plains, Stephen was engaged as a principal of Broad Quay Development, a consulting firm from June 2003 to February 2005. From April 2001 to June 2003, Stephen served as Chief Executive Officer of Novera Energy Limited, a publicly-traded international renewable energy concern. From January 2000 to April 2003, he served as Director, Northern Development, for Westcoast Energy Inc.

Vice President, Crude Oil and Truck Transportation Mike Hallahan serves as Vice President, Crude Oil and Truck Transportation of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for Plains' commercial crude oil and crude oil diluent activities, as well as the Canadian truck transportation operations. Previously, Mike was Managing Director, Facilities for Plains from July, 2001 to February, 2004. Mike was also with CANPET Energy Group Inc. where he served in various capacities since 1996, most recently as General Manager, Facilities. |

Christopher M. Kean |

Vice President, Engineering Chris Kean serves as Vice President, Engineering of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for overseeing all Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) engineering projects including planning and execution and asset integrity. Chris brings over 25 years’ experience in global projects and operations across the oil and gas, chemical, and oil sands sectors. Prior to Plains, Chris worked with Enbridge Pipelines for over four years, where he served in various capacities, most recently as Project Director for the Cabin Gas Plant project. Chris has also worked in both engineering and project management leadership roles for Canadian Natural Resources Limited (eleven years), Petro-Canada, and Amoco Chemical and Production Companies. |

Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory Sterling Koch serves as Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the health & safety, environment, regulatory and land activities. Sterling brings over 20 years of energy industry experience, including regulatory and legal affairs, commercial operations, compliance and security. Prior to Plains, Sterling worked with TransAlta for over 14 years, where he served in various vice president roles including regulatory and legal affairs, commercial management and business development. Sterling also brings to Plains a background as legal counsel, originating from his days with Western Gas Marketing, Northridge Petroleum and TransCanada. |

Vice President, Facilities Development Gregg McClement serves as Vice President, Facilities Development of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for Plains' business development activities for our Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) facilities in Canada and the U.S. Gregg has been with the company and its predecessor CANPET Energy Group Inc. since 2001 where he served in commercial roles for intermediates and butane. Prior to 2001, Gregg served as a Senior Business Director, East Coast Petrochemicals and LPG for Union Pacific Railroad in Philadelphia. |

Vice President, Pipelines Development and Logistics Mike Mikuska serves as Vice President, Pipelines Development and Logistics of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for Plains' business development activities for our Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) pipelines and for Plains' pipeline logistic activities. Mike has been with Plains and its predecessor CANPET Energy Group Inc. since 1995 and has served in various commercial and development roles over that time. |

Vice President, Human Resources David Schwarz serves as Vice President, Human Resources of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, payroll and office services activities. David joined Plains Midstream Canada in August 2009 and brings over 20 years of experience to this role. Prior to joining Plains, David held various senior human resources roles in Calgary, and most recently served as Senior Manager, Human Resources in the ATCO Group of Companies. David has also gained experience working for such companies as Fluor Daniel, Manalta Coal and Superior Propane |

Vice President , LPG Operations Scott Sill serves as Vice President, Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) Operations of Plains Midstream Canada and is responsible for Plains’ NGL and LPG operations in Canada and the United States. Scott joined Plains Midstream Canada in April 2006 through Plains’ acquisition of the Shafter gas liquids processing facility. Prior to his most recent role as Managing Director of U.S. and Canadian LPG Operations, Scott performed the role of West Coast District Superintendent, overseeing Plains’ LPG isomerization / hydrotreating facility, salt cavern terminal, fractionation plant and various storage terminals. Scott brings over 25 years LPG operations experience to this role for Plains' business development activities for our Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) pipelines. |
